My first day run commuting to work. Jake K inspired me to try it out. I obviously don't have far to go but I've hesitated because of having to deal with getting clothes to work. I packed a duffle for 3 days and it really wasn't that much of a pain.

It's like packing for a long weekend, but much worse because you are actually going to work. But much better to not have to drive.

I definitely like keeping the car in the garage. It's not good to drive every day seeing that I live so close.

I don't know how the math works but I think the route is just shorter on the way home.

Probably has something to do with the earth's rotation and tectonic movement over the course of the work day.
