After trying to push the limits for time off after a race, I'm back with a 3.3 mi vengeance. It was very slow. For some reason my right hamstring felt tight and hurt just a little. This is the sane hamstring that bothered me in the spring. I think I need to stretch out and roll it. I'm also going to focus on stretching and rolling my calves to keep them from being perpetually tight.

Go find Andrea and have her show you the magic eccentric hamstring extension. It's amazing.

Good that you're back at it.
