I went to Alta HS this morning to do a track workout. 4x800m w/400m jog recovery 3:09, 3:05, 3:04, 3:05 4x200m w/200m jog recovery 40, 40, 39, 40 As I finished my knee started bothering me a little. I've been avoiding hills because they've triggered IT pain. But the guess a good workout also affects my knee. |
