My legs were very tender for the first few minutes. Lately my feet and legs are slow to get up to speed in the mornings.

That will become a common theme as you get further into marathon training. I start to get more and more "first miles" of the morning over 9 minutes as I get deeper into the marathon buildup.

Good. I was a little worried it was the beginnings of an injury. I would love to see a video of my form for those first miles or minutes.
